Interview II
In the interview session, we invited some students who had never tried glove puppetry before. They learned how to make the puppets wave their hands, turn around, and even do flips. Everyone had a lot of fun. We think this means our research goal was achieved, because now everyone has experienced glove puppets.

Hi, I’m Henry. This is my first time trying glove puppetry, and I am also a member of the team researching it. Today, I was one of only two people who successfully made a puppet do a flip and catch it. The first was Hank, who has been practicing for several years and is also our team leader. Because of him, our team started exploring glove puppetry.
Although mobile games are fun, using real glove puppets to interact feels very different and exciting. Mobile games are on a screen, but glove puppetry is hands-on. You have to control the angles and turns carefully—it really takes skill!
